Technological Solution of a Gross Superstructure of the Apartment Building in Brno

This bachelor´s thesis is focused on the construction technological project of a gross superstructure of the apartment building in Brno. It is a four-storey building made of bricks with cast-in-place floor structures. The building is roofed with a timber roof truss. The thesis includes a technical report, bill of quantities, technological methods of construction, technical report of a site equipment, machine draft report, inspection and test plan, work safety and finally comparing of different ways of concreting.

The diploma thesis deals with construction and technological preparation of apartment buildings in „Nad Městěm“ locality in Nové Město na Moravě. The buildings have four above-ground floors and one underground floor with garages. This work contains a technical report of a construction project, a coordination situation with broader transport routes, a time and financial plan, a study of the implementation of the main technological stages, a project of the building site, the design of the main building machines and mechanisms, the cross building budget, the technological regulations, the control and test plans and specialized assignment of the noise study.

The subject of the diploma thesis is a construction technology study of the proces of realization. The aim of the thesis is to design a suitable technological procedure for the construction of the main building with a focus on feasibility. The content of the diploma thesis is the design of a suitable solution of partial processes, mechanization and organization of work leading to the successful realization of the object. The diploma thesis is focused on the feasibility of works concerning the variable way of ensuring the stability of the walls of the building pit in the existing urban area, the design of the machine assembly, the budget item, the costs of the construction site equipment and, last but not least, the safety plan.

My bachelor thesis is focused on the stage of sheathing of an industrial and production ebm hall in Velké Poříčí near Náchod. The stage is focused on sheathing with Bond cassettes and Rockprofil cassette system including trapezoidal metal sheets. The work consists of the concomitant and summary technical report, solution of the site construction equipment, solution of factory routes, technological regulation, report of acreage, time schedule, control and test plan, work safety and layout scheme of sheathing.
